The mission of JST Coaching is to provide qualified coaches throughout the world with the tools to serve the needs of youth.

• JST Coaching has established an exceptional reputation in the field of personal and professional coaching and coach training. The company provides training courses for both certified and non-certified coaches; and for parents, allied professionals and organizations interested in learning coaching skills to provide support for children, adolescents and young adults with ADHD.
• JST Coaching, LLC developed the first coach training courses designed specifically for coaching youth with AD/HD. Company president, Jodi Sleeper-Triplett, and her training team have vast experience in life coaching and ADHD, coaching young people with AD/HD, learning disabilities and executive functioning issues. The team is in a unique position to know the intricacies of the coaching process that create success with younger clients.
• The unique JST Coaching training program, Coaching Teens & College Students with ADHD, is a 30 hour, ICF accredited course designed to provide a full complement of skills to coaches passionate about creating success with young AD/HD clients.
